Job Description

We are in search of an individual who has a strong passion for working with data and is dedicated to providing innovative data solutions and business insights as a part of the Enterprise Analytics team at Zendesk.

Position: Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders within the GTM teams to grasp their business strategies and operational goals.
  • Enhance business efficiency by creating, automating, and managing scalable processes, tools, and dashboards.
  • Empower GTM teams and EDA members through the development of user-friendly tools and comprehensive training.
  • Identify areas for process improvement through actionable analysis and deliver insightful recommendations to GTM leadership.
  • Utilize SQL queries to analyze customer experiences and business performance.
  • Handle substantial amounts of data, gaining expertise in connecting different data sources to enhance customer engagement.
  • Measure the impact of organizational improvements on customer engagement and track return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a quantitative field such as math, statistics, engineering, economics, finance, or computer science.
  • Proficiency in SQL, preferably with experience in BigQuery.
  • Passion for data, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen interest in deriving insights from data paired with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to present data visually to drive decision-making.
  • Team player with excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
