We have an immediate opportunity to join our Knowledge Management team in Warsaw. This position is part-time (up to 20 hours a week) and for a period of 6 months. You will be providing support to KM Processes team and assisting with administrative and housekeeping tasks on our knowledge platform.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Review of existing records in Oliver Wyman internal knowledge platform
  • Tagging new records according to new taxonomy, retagging existing records as requested
  • Replacing the files with updated versions, uploading new documents and linking them to relevant case codes and owners
  • Basic editing and reformatting of PowerPoint presentations, according to internal OW branding and standards

Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
  • Able to convey clear written and verbal messages
  • Good problem-solving & analytical skills. Able to make decisions based on data
