Opis stanowiska

  • Oversee and manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate billing and collection.
  • Develop and implement effective treasury management strategies, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Monitor and manage the company's financial risk, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating terms and services.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to AR and treasury functions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.

Profil kandydata

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable and treasury management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, cash management, and risk management.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English.
