As a BI (Business Intelligence) analyst in PMI Business Solutions, you will have the opportunity to be a part of something different.

If you are selected, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining of our Next Best Action (NBA) solutions, ensuring data availability and accuracy, and developing and maintaining related dashboards.

  • Proven experience working with Power Bi or other visualization tool.
  • Proficient and proven experience working with advanced SQL programming.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data modeling concepts.
  • Ideal candidates will understand technical and functional designs for Databases, Data Warehousing, ETL, Reporting, and Data maintenance area.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem solving skills and High attention to detail.

  • Perform regular maintenance and development of NBA solutions on a dedicated SQL server, including: writing and optimizing SQL code for the maintenance and development of NBA cases; manage and enhance the existing SQL database, ensuring constant data availability, integrity, performance, and security; create and update database documentation.
  • Adjust NBA priorities and configurations using SQL scripts.
  • Modify NBA names and informational texts through SQL code.

Tool Development:

integrate new data sources into our analytical tool; incorporate new communication channels, customer segments, and recommendation strategies into the tool; conduct regular monitoring of tool outputs to prevent and identify errors.


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand processes, data requirements and translate them into effective and reliable data solutions.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data trends, KPIs, and performance metrics, ensuring seamless and user-friendly access to data for business users.
  • Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support to business users.
  • Participate in data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data policiesAll candidates will be informed about the status of their application.
