Twój zakres obowiązków

  • tworzenie komunikacji wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej agencji,
  • planowanie działań PR-owych, w tym akcji promocyjnych,
  • przygotowywanie materiałów prasowych i komunikatów do mediów,
  • zarządzanie mediami społecznościowymi oraz stroną internetową,
  • tworzenie innowacyjnych koncepcji komunikacji wielokanałowej, rozwój kanałów i opracowywanie wykorzystywanych w nich formatów,
  • przygotowywanie materiałów aplikacyjnych na potrzeby konkursów branżowych i pokrewnych oraz regularne monitorowanie takich wydarzeń,
  • utrzymywanie stałego kontaktu z kluczowymi partnerami biznesowymi i przedstawicielami mediów,
  • monitorowanie wizerunku agencji w mediach i zarządzanie sytuacjami kryzysowymi w komunikacji.

Nasze wymagania

  • szeroko pojętego, udokumentowanego doświadczenia w branży medialnej, marketingowej lub PR-owej,
  • umiejętności skutecznego przekazywania informacji oraz budowania relacji z mediami, partnerami i klientami,
  • znajomości rynku mediów, reklamy i marketingu,
  • umiejętności pisania tekstów reklamowych, artykułów, notatek prasowych i tworzenia innych materiałów promocyjnych,
  • doskonałych umiejętności komunikacyjnych,
  • doskonałej organizacji pracy, samodzielności i inicjatywy,
  • innowacyjnego podejścia do rozwiązywania problemów i realizacji projektów,
  • umiejętności pracy w zespole,
  • znajomości MS Office,
  • umiejętności pracy pod presją czasu i dotrzymywania terminów.
  • wykształcenie wyższe (kierunek – dziennikarstwo lub pokrewny),
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie zaawansowanym,
