Customer Support Specialist
Twój zakres obowiązków
- zapewnienie profesjonalnej obsługi klienta zgodnej ze standardami firmy,
- telefoniczna obsługa klienta,
- obsługa chatu (kontakt z klientem na komunikatorze oraz na Live chat),
- indywidualne podejście do potrzeb każdego klienta,
- wspieranie i edukowanie klientów,
- rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych użytkowników,
- praca na systemach (m.in. CRM).
Nasze wymagania
- doświadczenie w obszarze obsługi klienta (obsługa na infolinii mile widziane) – min. 1 rok,
- zrozumienie potrzeb klienta oraz umiejętność budowania trwałych relacji,
- umiejętność identyfikacji i rozwiązywania problemów klientów,
- dbałość o poprawność językową,
- otwartość, komunikatywność, postawę prokliencką,
- umiejętność pracy samodzielnej jak i w grupie – szukamy prawdziwego team player’a,
- znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu min. komunikatywnym,
- elastyczność, samodzielność, kreatywność – lubimy zmiany i wierzymy, że są potrzebne, by się rozwijać,
- zaangażowanie, przedsiębiorczość, otwartość umysłu – możesz na to liczyć z naszej strony 😀
