Customer Support Specialist


Twój zakres obowiązków

  • zapewnienie profesjonalnej obsługi klienta zgodnej ze standardami firmy,
  • telefoniczna obsługa klienta,
  • obsługa chatu (kontakt z klientem na komunikatorze oraz na Live chat),
  • indywidualne podejście do potrzeb każdego klienta,
  • wspieranie i edukowanie klientów,
  • rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych użytkowników,
  • praca na systemach (m.in. CRM).

Nasze wymagania

  • doświadczenie w obszarze obsługi klienta (obsługa na infolinii mile widziane) – min. 1 rok,
  • zrozumienie potrzeb klienta oraz umiejętność budowania trwałych relacji,
  • umiejętność identyfikacji i rozwiązywania problemów klientów,
  • dbałość o poprawność językową,
  • otwartość, komunikatywność, postawę prokliencką,
  • umiejętność pracy samodzielnej jak i w grupie – szukamy prawdziwego team player’a,
  • znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu min. komunikatywnym,
  • elastyczność, samodzielność, kreatywność – lubimy zmiany i wierzymy, że są potrzebne, by się rozwijać,
  • zaangażowanie, przedsiębiorczość, otwartość umysłu – możesz na to liczyć z naszej strony 😀
