Obowiązki

  • prowadzenie projektów IT zgodnie z obowiązującą w organizacji metodyką zarządzania projektami,
  • zarzadzanie obszarami wydań (w tym dedykowanym zespołem Developerów),
  • opracowywanie oraz utrzymywanie aktualnego harmonogramu całości prac przydzielonego projektu,
  • zarządzanie zasobami przydzielonymi do projektu oraz monitorowanie ich alokacji,
  • współpracę z dostawcami zewnętrznymi,
  • zarządzanie ryzykiem i zmianą w projekcie oraz utrzymywaniem stosownych rejestrów,
  • ścisła współpraca z innymi jednostkami wewnętrznymi w zakresie realizacji prac.

Wymagania

  • wykształcenia wyższego bankowego i/lub IT lub pokrewnego,
  • minimum 4-letniego doświadczenia jako IT projekt/release/delivery manager,
  • minimum 2-letniego doświadczenia jako np. administrator, programista lub lider techniczny,
  • znajomości procesów Release Managementu,
  • wiedzy z zakresu zarządzania projektami IT i wytwarzania oprogramowania (metodologie Agile, Waterfall etc.),
  • doświadczenia w programowaniu i projektowaniu aplikacji,
  • wsparcia zespołu w opracowywaniu rozwiązań technicznych,
  • znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym czytanie dokumentacji technicznej,
  • znajomości języka polskiego na poziomie biegłym w mowie i piśmie,
  • zdolności analitycznego myślenia i samodzielnego rozwiązywania problemów,
  • bardzo dobrych umiejętności organizacyjnych i koordynacyjnych,
  • otwartości, elastyczności i łatwości w nawiązywaniu kontaktów na różnych poziomach organizacji,
  • gotowości do pracy hybrydowej, dyżurów oraz udziału we wdrożeniach w weekendy.
