About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Technical Service Delivery Manager to lead our Audio Visual services team. As a key member of our Communications and Collaboration team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver seamless hybrid collaboration experiences.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of end-user needs and expectations, working closely with stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to evaluate existing Audio Visual technologies, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to voice, video, and collaboration infrastructure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring onboarding, performance monitoring, and adherence to security and architectural standards.
  • Plan and lead AV projects, using agile methodologies to ensure scope, schedule, financial, and quality commitments are met.

Key Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of IT or AV integrator experience, including at least 5 years in service and delivery management roles within global, complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of End User Computing Services, digital workplace technologies, and hybrid working environments.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to operate effectively in multicultural, global settings.
  • Analytical and results-oriented, with expertise in designing, planning, and delivering projects to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Hands-on experience with AV technologies, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and hybrid collaboration or digital workplace solutions.
