Accounts Receivable Specialist


Your responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable: Handle invoicing, cash applications, and collections
  • Generate accurate and timely customer invoices in compliance with company policies
  • Ensure Timely Payments: Monitor outstanding balances, contact customers, and facilitate prompt payments
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting
  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounts receivable procedures
  • Prepare and analyse accounts receivable reports to aid decision-making
  • Analyse revenues, existing metrics and KPI’s
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, as well as the audit process
  • Aiding with processes and controls improvement – preparation of instructions, work on systems and reports development

Our requirements

  • Good working knowledge of invoicing in various countries (we have entities in US, UK, Poland and the Netherlands)
  • Software business experience and – ideally – SaaS environment experience
  • Good ERP knowledge with NetSuite and Maxio (SaasOptics) knowledge desirable
  • Have a flexible and positive attitude towards work
  • Eager to learn and is self sufficient
  • Working knowledge of English at level C1+
