Obowiązki

  • obsługa przychodzących : telefonów, maili, wiadomości na czacie - ze strony klientów z językiem niemieckim
  • odpowiadanie na zapytania : głównie dotyczących płatności, aktywacji, faktur, przesyłek
  • przekazywanie bardziej skomplikowanych zapytań (np. związanych z pomocą techniczną) do innych działów
  • raportowanie swojej pracy w systemie do obsługi zapytań ze strony klientów

Wymagania

  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego : poziom C1/C2 , nie wymagamy znajomości j. angielskiego
  • doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta niemieckojęzycznego, minimum 2 lata, najlepiej w strukturach SSC/BPO
  • bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne, werbalne, otwartość na zgłaszane potrzeby klientów, uśmiech
  • gotowość do bardzo racjonalnej pracy zmianowej stacjonarnej (wyjaśniamy na rozmowie) w samym centrum Krakowa z dogodnym dojazdem (tramwaj/autobus/pociąg)
