Data Center Project Manager


Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of data center construction projects, ensuring effective planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align project objectives and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Our requirements

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing data center construction projects from design to completion.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations specific to data centers.
  • Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with project management software.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering detailed reports and presentations.

This role is crucial in managing the complex and technical aspects of construction, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, particularly in the data center sector, and will possess excellent problem-solving skills. As a pivotal member of our team, you will coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to translate project specifications into actionable plans. Your leadership will guide the project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, innovation, and efficiency.
