We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Marketing Analyst based in Poland in the Pricing Programs team. This team leads pan-European commercial initiatives (such as new surcharge launches) and other revenue optimization projects. The team develops price strategies to improve surcharge yield and is leading the annual rate increase process for the Europe region.

Key activities:

  • Develop Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from large and diverse datasets across different European markets, driving strategic marketing decisions and commercial execution optimization

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and data teams to ensure alignment of data science initiatives with business goals. Support or lead EU-wide revenue management projects  (such as implementation of global price logic changes) and other central yield improvement initiatives for all markets in Europe that strike the right balance between customer requirements and the internal yield objectives of the company.

  • Analyze Customer Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from various data sources (e.g. pricing loaded, commercial compliance, operational shipment details, etc.) using tools like Oracle/Teradata, SAS, Excel, (knowledge of Alteryx and Databricks is a plus) to identify trends, behaviors, and insights that drive the right pricing strategies (e.g. during the annual rate increase, for clean-up actions).

  • Support Process Automation: Identify areas of improvements and further automation of existing processes (via VBA or other). Develop and manage these data-driven automation strategies to enable a more efficient rate increase process, drive the right commercial decisions, reduce workload for all impacted teams.

  • Further Develop and Maintain GRI Dashboards: Support improving and maintaining the various GRI-related dashboards and related data processes to set them up prior to the start of the annual process. Create reports from/in the dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders regarding the effectiveness of the commercial actions taken, utilizing visualization tools and data platforms (e.g. Spotfire, PowerBI).

The right analyst is a strong, energetic and data-savvy professional with a background in an analytics or marketing function.


Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Data Analysis Tools: Expertise with query language (SQL) required. Experience with data analysis tools and platforms such as SAS, Oracle/Teradata, Excel (incl. VBA), Alteryx, Databricks and data visualization tools like Power BI/Spotfire to analyze and present data is preferred. Experience in coding with Python is a plus.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive commercial strategy.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including creating detailed reports, visualizations, and presentations.

  • Excellent team player: Able to work independently, in a fast pace and constantly changing environment.

  • Very good planning and organizational skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language).

  • Experience in pricing is a plus, flexibility and eagerness to learn are a must.
