We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Marketing Analyst in the Pricing Programs teams. This team leads pan-European commercial initiatives (such as new surcharge launches) and other revenue optimization projects. The team develops price strategies to improve customer yield and is leading the annual price change process for the Europe region.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop a profound understanding of our customer base in support of delivering more effective marketing activities

  • Deliver insight through analysis to drive key business decisions or to address specific business questions  

  • Involved with customer strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups to improve customer profitability

  • Developing and managing reporting of KPI’s to provide metrics that are to be used to feed back into analysis and tools to influence future strategies

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the end-to-end process for configuring new pricing and rate services, ensuring efficient implementation and coordination across teams

  • Project manage and coordinate all deployment activities work closely with cross-functional teams (including pricing, marketing, and IT) to ensure successful delivery and communication of new pricing logic and service changes

The ideal candidate would demonstrate:

  • Project management: experience in coordinating and leading cross-functional efforts, effectively managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive commercial actions.

  • Expertise in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Databricks or Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to analyze and present data.

  • Reporting: Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels

  • Very good planning and organizational skills

  • Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language)
