Du brennst für Herausforderungen?

■ Du übernimmst die Einrichtung, Gewährleistung und Weiterentwicklung von Standard- und Nicht-Standard-Monitoring für die Systeme interner und externer Kunden.

■ Zu Deinem Aufgabenfeld gehören die Fehleranalyse und Fehlerbehebung bei Störung des Monitorings von internen und externen Kundensystemen sowie bei Störung in der Datenlieferung zu anderen Tools (z.B. Reporting, it:admin, Splunk etc.).

■ Du unterstützt bei dem Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung der globalen Landschaft des Monitorings sowie der (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Standards und neuen Lösungen im Bereich Monitoring.

■ Außerdem erstellst Du fachgerechte Dokumentationen zur Sicherstellung der Replizierbarkeit der Arbeitsergebnisse.

Überzeuge uns mit Deinem Potential

■ Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium, idealerweise im IT-Bereich, sowie mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld bilden die Basis Deiner Qualifikation.

■ Idealerweise verfügst Du über anwendungsbereite Kenntnisse mit mindestens einem der folgenden Tools (SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run) oder hast erste Erfahrungen in der SAP Basis Administration (inkl. Troubleshooting).

■ Zudem verfügst Du über Grundkenntnisse auf UNIX und Windows Betriebssystemen.

■ Kommunikationsstärke, Empathiefähigkeit, eine hohe Lernbereitschaft, eine gewissenhafte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und der Mut, sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen zeichnen Dich aus.

■ Außerdem setzt Du dich mit kulturellen Aspekten auseinander und bringst diese für eine erfolgreiche globale Zusammenarbeit ein.

■ Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
