Global Finance Training Lead

Responsibilities:

Partner with global and local experts to design and refine advanced training materials.Ensure all materials are comprehensive, industry-aligned, and reflect current best practices.Conduct thorough evaluations of training programs, providing strategic improvement recommendations.Identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet these requirements , training needs, training platforms.Manage all logistical aspects, including scheduling, attendance, and support.Track and assess training outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals.Foresee and address complex challenges that may arise during training sessions.Create, administer, and enhance SharePoint and other knowledge management systems, ensuring content is precise and up to date.Provide expert technical support, address issues promptly, and implement continuous improvements in collaboration with IT.Ensure the portals are intuitive and meet the evolving needs of the finance teams.Implement solutions that significantly influence the outcomes within the finance function and across affiliate sites.Craft and execute strategies to highlight the accomplishments of finance teams both internally and externally.Work closely with marketing and communications teams to showcase significant achievements and contributions.Build and maintain a strong, positive image of the finance department.Influence stakeholders to embrace new perspectives on intricate financial concepts.Independently manage and support ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the finance department and not only , training related onesStay abreast of global industry trends and best practices in finance training and its best delivery.Utilize global exposure and experience to engage with various top senior management, aligning initiatives with strategic corporate goals.Lead substantial projects or programs that involve moderate risks and resource/financial requirements.Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external customers and partners.Serve as a vital resource within the finance discipline, providing expert guidance and support in widely understood training initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

High level of business maturity and ability to interact with senior management on a global scale.Experience to independently lead critical initiatives.Professionalism and a strategic mindset.Exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with strategic thinking.Project management skills. Proven ability to independently manage complex projects with minimal supervision.Experience in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.Understanding of finance principles and practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other relevant software.Capability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
