About the role

The ERP transformation programme is deploying global standard operating procedures supported by an ERP System (SAP) globally to Reckitt’s commercial offices and factories across Finance, Sales, Supply and Manufacturing functions.

The SAP Training Specialist role is part of the central Organisational Change Management Team who are responsible for coaching the deployment sites through their change journey to maximise system adoption and achieve stabilization of new processes and ways of working. This SAP Training Specialist will act as an experienced trainer and project manager to roll out the SAP training methodology to factories, the focus for 2024 being the regions of North America, Africa and Israel.

They are responsible for overseeing the execution of the training approach, coaching, and upskilling the local training resources, training needs assessment, translation assessment, an element of training design and development, overseeing training assignment through our SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), progress monitoring and status reporting. They are also responsible for management of all associated training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides. Occasional travel to site may be required to onboard the local training team and to deliver train the trainer and training readiness assessments.

The ERP transformation programme is one of the largest at Reckitt, heavily focused on value extraction for the company. This role therefore provides an excellent learning opportunity for the right candidate as well as open doors with regards to career progression within training or into change management, communications, PMO, business process analysis and various other more technical roles.

Your responsibilities

Work closely with the SAP Training Lead to drive the delivery of the Programme Training Strategy to Reckitt factories. On-board and upskill the local Training Coordinators in SAP deployment sites and oversee their progress against the training plan.  Management of SAP training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, work instructions, data sheets and quick reference guides. Maintain the SAP training catalogue and work closely with content SMEs, Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Solution Architects when redesign and development is required. Training delivery of train the trainer to local SAP Super Users. Oversee the technology toolset in place to support local training delivery (e.g., SharePoint, PowerBI, Excel, Power Apps, Training Needs Analysis via Access Database, completion reporting, evaluation forms, tickets) Conduct regular training audits and make recommended improvements within area of expertise to ensure high quality learning experience for SAP users. Ensure document management best-practice is applied by content owners (BPOs), to all end-user learning documentation. Maintain a close working relationship with the entire Organisational Change Management team including Head of OCM, Communications Lead and especially the Role Mapping Lead.

The experience we're looking for

A track record of training delivery as well as training design and development resulting in an effective end user learning experience Experience in the planning and management of training programmes Excellent English language skills both verbal and written Experience of working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SuccessFactors Experience with eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate 360 (Storyline) Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Knowledge of PowerBI platform (BI / Automate / Apps) Experience in ERP learning data analysis, metrics, and reporting Will have led or played a major part in the strategic deployment of global learning programmes, ideally for a global rollout of an ERP solution Experience of full lifecycles of SAP implementation would be an advantage
