Danish software development company Conscensia is looking for HR Specialist for our Warsaw development center.

Job Description: As an HR Specialist at Conscensia, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions within the organization. This role involves close collaboration with employees, managers, and leadership to provide support, guidance, and strategic direction on HR-related matters. The HR Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment, implementing HR policies and procedures, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices
• Manage the complete employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, education and development, offboarding.
• Supervise performance management processes, set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and implement improvement plans as necessary.
• Identify training and development needs within the organization and organize workshops, seminars, and learning opportunities.
• Promote employee engagement and well-being initiatives to create a positive work environment.
• Handle various administrative tasks, including managing HR databases and systems, and preparing reports and analytics.

• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
• Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices, proactively recommending improvements to enhance HR operations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in communicating with customers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level.
