Payroll Intern – EMEA

Location: Warsaw (working 4 days from the office, 1 day from home)

Function: HR

Overview

This role will be responsible for supporting the payroll team with the processing of payrolls throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa.

Responsibilities

Support categorizing, clearing and responding to emails in the Payroll Team Shared Mailbox.

Monitor, Track and ensure resolution of Tier 2 EMEA Payroll MyHR cases to SLA’s and KPI’s.

Support the Payroll input process for allocated countries, either preparing or second checking inputs.

Collect payslips and send to employees.

Send files to accounting and generally helping with post-payroll activities.

Help with filling out manual payment forms for 3rd party payments.

Assist in reviewing and checking payroll outputs.

Responsible for helping review and send payroll vendor invoices to accounts payable for payment and investigating and chasing outstanding invoices for payment.

Reconciling and inputting timesheet data into vendor input files.

Maintaining and supporting the preparation of team reporting files such Treasury Funding Spreadsheet and KPI’s.

Back-up to payroll team during absence or attendance on projects.

Support team onboarding process.

Assist colleagues to maintain GPT toolbox, payroll manuals, wage type catalogues, process maps, data exchange templates, KPI’s & payroll calendars.

Experience you’ll bring:

Full proficiency in English is a must.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools is an advantage.

Organised, Methodical, Accurate and Numerate

Team Player

Good communications skills, flexible and adaptable.
