  • rozwój powierzonych klientów - poszukiwanie nowych możliwości w innych działach/ jednostkach/ projektach i usługach (up-selling, cross-selling),
  • pozyskiwanie nowych klientów, zgodnie ze strategią Unitu,
  • monitorowanie i zarządzanie wynikami finansowymi przypisanych klientów,
  • zarządzanie relacjami z klientem i regularne przeglądy biznesowe kontraktów,
  • pozyskanie i zatrudnianie odpowiednich kandydatów zgodnie ze strategią unitu - przy wsparciu dedykowanego zespołu rekrutacyjnego,
  • zarządzanie zespołem Specjalistów IT w wybranych obszarach (np. internal mobility feedback),
  • budowanie i utrzymanie satysfakcjonujących relacji z interesariuszami, w tym: klientami, partnerami i wewnętrznymi działami,
  • przewidywanie zagrożeń w powierzonych kontraktach,
  • wkład w przygotowywanie strategii biznesowej, finansowej, portfolio oraz personalnej dla unitu,
  • regularne raportowanie wyników pracy i rezultatów.

  • doskonale znasz lokalny rynek IT (mile widziana wiedza dziedzinowa z zakresu np. bankowości, e-commerce itp.)
  • masz zdolność do opracowywania i wykonywania planów strategicznych zgodnych z celami biznesu
  • umiejętnie budujesz zespoły, motywujesz i rozwijasz innych - lubisz współpracować z ludźmi
  • wiesz, jak zarządzać finansami, budżetami oraz umiesz analizować wskaźniki finansowe
  • umiejętnie zarządzasz i optymalizujesz procesy oraz zasoby
  • posiadasz doskonałe umiejętności komunikacji i budowania relacji z interesariuszami,
  • znasz język angielski min. na poziomie B2 - inny język (szczególnie niemiecki) będzie dodatkowym atutem
