As a Senior Manager in the NPL Investments Area of KRUK Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire NPL portfolio investments activity of the group, from Business Plan creation to implementation in each of our 6 active markets (Italy, Spain, Poland, Romania, Czechia, Slovakia).

Our team works closely with local Investments Teams and HQ stakeholders to drive the investment process. We collaborate with major financial institutions, financial advisors, competitors, and other market participants to achieve our goals.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NPL investments, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external projects, including cross-country investment projects and commercial support to internal departments and external needs.
  • Represent KRUK Group at meetings and industry events, promoting our brand and building relationships with business partners.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and contribute to contract drafting, ensuring that our interests are represented.
  • Manage sales and strategy projects, gathering market information and expanding contact lists to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the NPL Investments activity communication strategy, ensuring that our message is effectively conveyed to stakeholders.
  • Prepare internal reports, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Conduct market research, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Proficient English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Current or past experience in an international environment, with a strong background in NPL investments.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the NPL industry, with a focus on NPL investment/management companies or financial sectors (banking, non-banking, financial advisors) related to trading NPL portfolios.
  • Experience in leading or actively participating in contract negotiations, with a commercial approach and ability to create and maintain relationships with business partners.
  • Ability to represent KRUK Group at meetings and industry events, promoting our brand and building relationships with business partners.
  • Analytical mind, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.

You will be working in the NPL Investments Area of KRUK Group, headquartered in Wroclaw, Poland. We oversee the entire NPL portfolio investments activity of the group, from Business Plan creation to implementation in each of our 6 active markets (Italy, Spain, Poland, Romania, Czechia, Slovakia).

Outside the current international coverage, we also review expansion options on a regular basis, as it is in KRUK Group's strategy to constantly consider further European growth.

The team itself is headquartered in Poland, with one member working out of Spain. However, we are actually quite international, with nationalities ranging from Romanian, Belarusian, British, and Brazilian.
