About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify potential customers through market analysis and segmentation
- Build brand awareness among potential customers and initiate sales conversations through social media, mailing, and networking
- Acquire and build relationships with new customers, demonstrating the value of our solutions
- Represent KODA at conferences, fairs, and other industry events
- Monitor sales performance and adjust lead acquisition strategies to meet current trends and market needs
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams to create consistent and valuable propositions for customers
- Several years of experience in conducting proactive sales activities
- Fluent communication skills in Polish and English
- Passion for making new contacts and seeing sales as an opportunity to build relationships
- Ability to act proactively, think creatively, and get involved in what you do
- Comfortable in an IT environment and willing to learn about the AI industry
- A strong decision-making position working directly with the CEO
- Support in developing or building your personal brand
- Openness to your ideas, proposals, tests, innovations, and improvements
- Collaboration with top brands in their industries
- Work in a motivated and wholeheartedly committed team
- Hybrid form of cooperation, work equipment, and all necessary tools
