About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify potential customers through market analysis and segmentation
  • Build brand awareness among potential customers and initiate sales conversations through social media, mailing, and networking
  • Acquire and build relationships with new customers, demonstrating the value of our solutions
  • Represent KODA at conferences, fairs, and other industry events
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust lead acquisition strategies to meet current trends and market needs
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams to create consistent and valuable propositions for customers
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in conducting proactive sales activities
  • Fluent communication skills in Polish and English
  • Passion for making new contacts and seeing sales as an opportunity to build relationships
  • Ability to act proactively, think creatively, and get involved in what you do
  • Comfortable in an IT environment and willing to learn about the AI industry
