Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to cultivate and maintain partner relationships for our Advance Workflow product within the Microsoft partner ecosystem. This will be a global role, supporting Aptean's Advance Workflow partners worldwide.

The ideal candidate will work directly with partners to strategize and build pipeline, accurately forecast, and drive deals to meet all quarterly sales targets. Additionally, they will provide enablement, training, and support as well as manage the ongoing performance of partners.

Requirements
  • 3-4+ years of experience in business development and closing deals in B2B software sales, preferably with experience in both the channel and within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partner/client relationships, fostering trust and credibility
  • Demonstrated ability to understand partner/vendor dynamics and overcome hurdles to close business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills

Frequent travel is required for this position. We estimate the salary range for this job to be around $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Wrocław, Poland.
