Aptean is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to cultivate and maintain partner relationships for our Advance Workflow product within the Microsoft partner ecosystem. This is a global role, supporting Aptean's Advance Workflow partners worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for working directly with partners to strategize and build pipeline, accurately forecast, and drive deals to meet all quarterly sales targets. Additionally, they will work with partner stakeholders within Aptean to provide enablement, training, and support as well as manage the ongoing performance of partners. Frequent travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders within Aptean
- Provide enablement, training, and support to partners to ensure successful adoption of our products
- Manage partner performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the channel and Microsoft ecosystem
- Fluency in English and German
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
