Overview

Global Partner Manager - DACH Region

Location: Remote

As Aptean continues to evolve, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Partner Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining partner relationships for our Advance Workflow product within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development and closing deals in B2B software sales, preferably with experience in both the channel and within the Microsoft ecosystem. Fluency in English and German is required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong partner/client relationships, fostering trust and credibility

• Developing and executing strategies to drive pipeline growth and meet quarterly sales targets

• Providing enablement, training, and support to partners

• Managing the ongoing performance of partners

• Collaborating with partner stakeholders within Aptean to drive business growth

Frequent travel is required.

Requirements:

Requires 3-4+ years of experience in business development and closing deals in B2B software sales. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills, are essential for success in this role. Good decision-making ability and negotiation skills are also required.
