About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at KODA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify potential customers and develop strategies to engage with them.
  • Build relationships with clients and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Represent KODA at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement account-based marketing strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet current trends and market needs.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in conducting proactive sales activities.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Passion for building relationships and seeing sales as an opportunity to build partnerships.
  • Ability to think creatively and act proactively.
  • Comfort in an IT environment and willingness to learn.
