We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Growth Manager to lead our business expansion in Poland. With a strong track record of delivering results, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving performance, and building strong partnerships across multiple cities.

About the Role
  • Lead business growth and performance in several cities across Poland
  • Set commercial strategies, sign and grow partnerships with top local partners
  • Monitor and improve supply, growth, and profitability KPIs

About You

  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting, business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp key drivers in a business P&L
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Possess an owner mindset, committed to growing Glovo's business in your cities
  • Able to balance swift pace of execution with attention to detail
