Financial Services Account Associate Senior Client Representative/Customer Service Correspondence

Connected with continuous growth of the Investor Services team in Poznan we are recruiting for 3 Financial Services Account Associate Senior positions. Due to the nature of the job – it is an exciting opportunity to Financial Services team members and current Senior Associates motivated to progress and develop further within Capital Markets structure.

About the team

We are the Customer Services - Correspondence Team responsible for providing services to clients of our clients. There is a wide scope of document types we handle, and we currently service Franklin Templeton. Client’s requests are received and handled via email, paperwork, or phone calls.  We respond in writing in accordance with applicable procedures, accuracy and on time to meet expectations of our clients and customers.

What you will be doing

  • Working with various internal and external clients and various departments to resolve outstanding issues, comply with customer requests, and respond to client inquiries via email, mail, or fax. Outbound calls are performed only occasionally to customers.
  • Working on multiple applications and technological solutions to complete your daily tasks and assisting other newer team members in case of issues.
  • Taking part in team-based activities such as: team meetings, various group projects and initiatives. Once fully trained, tasks could include assisting in the training/coaching of peers and acting as a go-to expert for policy and procedure questions.
  • Thinking outside the box and innovative approach is strongly encouraged in our teams.

What you bring:

  • Strong knowledge of policy and procedures, processing, retirement, wealth transfer, and experience needed to write correspondence.
  • Strong writing skills, ability to perform complex work with broad scope and complexity.
  • Strong track record of past performance in terms of productivity and quality results. Experience in transfer agency processes, preferably in multi-client environment.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of systems and processes used by the team.
  • Constant willingness to expand own knowledge and understanding of the functions handled. Curiosity and research skills.
  • Ability to apply existing procedures, own experience, and knowledge to address wide scope of client requests, incl. those of higher complexity.
  • Ability to effectively communicate within and outside own functional team.
  • Readiness to work from 1 pm to 9 pm CET/7:00 am to 3:00 pm ET during training and 11 am to 7 pm CET/5 am to 1 pm ET after training from Monday to Friday and flexibility to work overtime depending on business demands.
