Currently we are looking for talented  Specialist to join Business Applications Support Team . Our Team provides cross platform (Linux/Unix/AIX, Windows) and cross technology support including AWS. We are providing Level 2 & level 3 of support during regular office hours and on call.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

Installing, deploying & configurating, release for supported environments.

Performing technical and software operations for maintenance.

Administrating, managing, and operating customer specific business applications (on-prem and in Cloud) in different environments.

Managing technical incidents (diagnosis and processing) keeping record in Incident monitoring tool according to supported scope of work.

Releasing homemade developed software.

Running support 24/7 for supported environments.

Managing application availability and reporting of KPI.

Product/Application incident entry point and change coordination.

Technical RCA management.

Managing Infra services dedicated to the product.

Managing security deviation remediation defined by sec teams.

Creating, maintaining, and updating instructions and operating procedures.


Who You Are

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

At least 4+ years relevant IT experience and 1+ years AWS experience.

Experience with application management on AWS with Unix / Linux / Windows system support.

AWS Cloud.

Apache Tomcat ASP.Net.

Microsoft Internet Information Server IIS 6.0 to 7.5.

Oracle 10g / 11g, Oracle Weblogic Server 11g.

SQL Server.

Technical troubleshooting management ability.

Good understanding of IT processes and good practices characteristic for large IT corporation (ITIL knowledge/training/certificate is a plus).

Client Facing role experience.

English communication skills.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

RHCSA certification.

AWS certification.

Expertise: DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker).

Cognos (admin, configuration).

Knowledge of any scripting and programming language is highly appreciated.

Powershell.

Experience with application maintenance.
