Responsibilities

Developing and implementing a provision on bonus payments to managers for meeting KPIs. Developing KPIs by subdivisions and positions. Gathering and consolidation of KPIs, accounting for the fulfillment of indicators. Administering the KPI accounting system. Monitoring the fulfillment of key indicators in order to improve employee performance. Improving the existing KPI systems in the company.

Requirements

Higher education. Experience in finance for 3+ years. Ability to work in a multitasking environment and with a large amount of information. Ability to argue one's position. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail. Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
