Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a Junior Customer Support Specialist , you will be responsible for assistance in processing orders accurately and efficiently, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Due to supporting US and Canadian market, you will work 100% remotely (AFTER THE INTRODUCTORY PERIOD) and working hours will cover: 13:15-21:30 (UCT+2) .
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assistance in entering customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system,
- Processing pre-authorization of credit card charges,
- Providing support for Customers by emails and phone to all inquiries in the areas of pricing, product availability, basic product specifications, complaints, parts identification, order status and sales leads,
- Work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment,
- Backup for on-line order distribution (partnershop),
- Process Quotes, goods return and credits.
What You Need to Succeed
- Proficient English skills (speaking and writing),
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail,
- Problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of the US market and/or previous experience in Customer Service/Administrative roles,
- SAP knowledge.
