About the Role
A Sales Support Specialist is a professional who assists the top sales people with daily client/personal related operations.
Reporting line: Head of Sales Support
Location: Poland
Worksite: remote
Responsibilities
Provide assistance to the top sales team in achieving their targets, execute their sales strategies, tactics, and goals. Coordinate with other departments to ensure fast problem solving solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to help them execute their sales strategies, tactics, and goals. Provide training and support to the new sales team members on products, services, and technologies. Manage and maintain the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Monitor customer accounts and provide customer support if needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to help the sales team stay ahead of the competition.Requirements
Fluent English Higher education in Finances or Economics Financial industry knowledge is a plus Previous sales support experience Strong client-focus service skills Understanding of basic technical principles Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask effectivelyPersonality / Mindset
