Your responsibilities
Analyze errors and developing workarounds and permanent solutions Implementation of solutions independently Implementation of change requests Handling of service requests by changing SAP standard customizing Assistance for how-to questions Maintaining documentation - knowledge base Perform regularly support and maintenance tasks Ensure compliance with internal processes Support of go-lives Collaboration & coordination within FSCM projects Supporting SAP Basis Department in setting up interfaces Audit support
Your profile
At least 3-4 years of experience on a similar position Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related Fluent written and spoken English, German language will be an asset Excellent and broad knowledge of SAP FSCM (Credit Management, Cash and Liquidity Management, Dispute and Collections Management, Treasury and Risk Management) Knowledge in Bank Communication Management & Account Statement Manager will be an asset Work experience within S/4Hana and SAP Fiori Knowledge of Serrala Add Ons would be an asset Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills Flexibility and good interpersonal skills Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
