ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

As a Brand Services Coordinator , your main job will be to manage New Product Initiatives (NPI) projects and make sure they're delivered on time and in full. You'll need to work closely with the Marketing Deployment Team and Cross-Functional Teams to ensure effective delivery of all new product initiatives. You should be quick to learn about brand management and product management for all AMP (Annual Marketing Programme) projects. It's important to pay attention to details, juggle multiple projects at once, keep up with current design and legal requirements, and make sure everything is up to date

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Support with New Product Initiatives (NPI) projects , including follow-ups and process management keeping projects flexible by working closely with the NPI manager (Ops). ensuring compliance with management protocols related to products, packaging and LEX, EMF cycle products (effective market concentration), RPC (Regional Product Center), Supply Chain and End Market. handling the internal system for NPI and ensuring all projects are tracked correctly (you should be good with Excel/PowerPoint). ensuring that any adjustments made to packaging ArtWork are communicated and followed up with the appropriate parties being really flexible and adaptable when dealing with important projects that might need to be done quicker than usual.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

some experience in launching new products in the market (Brands/Marketing/FMCG) and knowledge of marketing jargon experience in Supply chain/ logistics would be an advantage good at solving problems and building good relationships with partners, team members, vendors, etc. ability to work in an agile and dynamic environment creating and carrying out project plans to help develop products/packaging and make sure important projects stay on track. fuency in English is a must
