For our client, an international retail company with operational Business Units in the EMEA region, we are looking for a driven and highly skilled individuals to join their new Finance Team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing a new structures in Krakow, contributing significantly to the organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • prepare regular financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to support critical business decisions,
  • actively participate in budgeting processes and monitor budget performance,
  • analyze key financial indicators and recommend optimization strategies based on data-driven insightsact as a business partner in financial matters, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders,
  • review and optimize financial and accounting processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve data quality,
  • develop, define, and reorganize controlling processes to align with organizational goals,
  • collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and support financial analyses and decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • at least 3 years of experience in finance, controlling or accounting,
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics (postgraduate studies in Controlling are a plus),
  • strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling,
  • proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders,
  • high self-motivation, commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility,
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and organizational levels,
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively,
  • proficiency in English (C1 level),
  • advanced MS Office and Excel skills.
