About the role.

We are looking for a candidate to take on the role of a Business Development Coordinator for General Insurance and the UK Market geographies.

The role will focus on the following areas of responsibility:

Supporting day-to-day business processes in the UK:
• Driving business development activities and information flow (Scrum Master role) in cooperation with all market stakeholders regarding current and potential customers.
• Supporting communication with customers and targets (incl. drafting emails, scheduling meetings).
• Coordinating CRM data quality processes.

Supporting UK sales activities and facilitating processes:
• Ensuring that the local processes are implemented and executed effectively.
• Facilitating pipeline monitoring meetings.
• Monitoring actions and follow-ups in the sales opportunities pipeline.
• Supporting relationship managers in communication aimed at targets and customers if needed.
• Providing status updates and result of the brand awareness activities.

Supporting UK marketing activities:
• Supporting the execution of the Sollers campaign marketing strategy (all forms of PR, media presence and events).
• Supporting media cooperation.
• Coordinating external and internal events.

About the requirements. You need:

• At least 4 years of experience in B2B business development support (sales execution/sales coordination) in the UK.
• Experience of consultancy business models (preferably IT) and providing services to the financial sector.
• Experience in managing small to medium-sized teams (up to 10 employees).
• Language: native-level proficiency in English.
• A Bachelor/Master degree with Business Specialization.
• Attention to detail, process-oriented thinking, analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and team work skills with proven experience in working in an international environment (using Agile methodology).

About the wishes. Nice to haves:

• Experience with supporting B2B marketing and communication strategies.
• Some understanding of the corporate insurance sectors.
• German/French language skills are very welcome.
