What you will be responsible for
Performing daily checks on file deliverables to the clients and investigating discrepancies Monitoring daily processes and internal/external communication, flagging any issues during group discussions or to the manager Assisting manager and team members to close out issues Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and managers Adhering to internal procedures and best practices at all times Offering guidance and support to the less experienced members of the team Actively working with other team members to build team spirit to be able to grow as a groupWhat we value
Critical thinking and problem solving Good time management, organizational and team working skills Good command of English language Proactive mindset and "can do" attitude is a plus Willingness to learn and discover the industryEducation & Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of financial services industry experience is an asset Professional experience from a different area is acceptable Working knowledge of MS ExcelWhat we offer
