Dla naszego Klienta związanych z obszarem usługowym szukamy na stanowisko Quality Administrator - Kontrola Jakości Lokali.

Quality Administrator będzie odpowiedzialny za zapewnienie najwyższych standardów jakości w punktach usługowo-gastronomicznych. Stanowisko wymaga regularnych wizyt i kontroli w lokalach, oceny ogólnej jakości i wizerunku oraz degustacji potraw pod kątem smaku i świeżości.

Opis stanowiska:

  • przeprowadzanie regularnych wizyt w punktach usługowo-gastronomicznych,
  • ocena ogólnej jakości obsługi, czystości, organizacji i wizerunku lokali,
  • weryfikacja zgodności z wytycznymi dotyczącymi standardów firmowych,
  • degustacja i taste-panel - ocena potraw pod kątem smaku, świeżości oraz zgodności z przepisami i standardami jakości,
  • sporządzanie szczegółowych raportów z każdej wizyty, zawierających obserwacje i rekomendacje,
  • dokumentowanie stanu lokali i potraw za pomocą zdjęć,
  • gotowość do podróży służbowych i delegacji do lokali znajdujących się w innych miastach.

Wymagania:

  • doświadczenie w branży gastronomicznej lub pokrewnej na stanowisku związanym z kontrolą jakości,
  • umiejętność oceny jakości potraw i znajomość standardów kulinarnych,
  • gotowość do podróży służbowych i elastyczność w zakresie godzin pracy,
  • znajomość przepisów sanitarnych i standardów bezpieczeństwa żywności,
  • umiejętność sporządzania szczegółowych raportów i prezentacji.
