WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?

Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Manager/Team Leader Responsible for the preparation of specifications/reconciliations and documentation of the submitted financial data Prepare payment proposals and executes payments accordingly to agreed payment calendar Monitor payments in bank and resolve issues encountered Ensure proper reconciliation of payments in the system Execute manual and urgent payments upon request and proper approval Prepare parts of the monthly reconciliation Execute and ensure internal controls are met Communicate with internal SSC customers and vendors in an effective and efficient manner Report periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements Prepare process documentation: desktop procedures and process maps Support quality assurance by ensuring proper reporting and follow up with internal and external stakeholders Perform all other tasks assigned by Manager/Team Leader Participation in continuous process improvement

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?

Very good command of English (both verbal and written) Other European language skills – nice to have University/ College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics Experience in similar position in payment department, ideally in an international SSC or BPO environment Knowledge of basic accounting principles Very good communication skills, customer focus and ability to work in the team Attention to details SAP and MS Office knowledge ( intermediate knowledge of Excel - required) Self-discipline and reliability Very good command of English (both verbal and written) Other European language skills – nice to have University/ College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics Experience in similar position in payment department, ideally in an international SSC or BPO environment Knowledge of basic accounting principles Very good communication skills, customer focus and ability to work in the team Attention to details SAP and MS Office knowledge ( intermediate knowledge of Excel - required) Self-discipline and reliability
