Your Role Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist odpowiedzialny jest za koordynowanie procesu obsługi przesyłki zgodnie z ustaleniami przekazanymi przez zespół Customer Care. Jednym z zadań jest utrzymywanie i rozwijanie relacji z podwykonawcami oraz za ciągłą optymalizację rozwiązań operacyjnych. Rolą Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist jest także merytoryczne wsparcie zespołu Customer Care w kontekście rozwiązań serwisowych i wsparcie w rozpatrywaniu skarg i reklamacji. Your Responsibilities- Bookowanie przesyłek z armatorami i przewoźnikami oraz ich bieżące monitorowanie.
- Wprowadzanie danych do systemów operacyjnych.
- Generowanie dokumentów przewozowych.
- Rozliczanie finansowe przesyłek.
- Minimalizacja kosztów poprzez poszukiwanie nowych rozwiązań.
- Odpowiedzialność za terminową realizację poszczególnych etapów procesu transportowego.
- Aktywny kontakt z podwykonawcami w celu zapewnienia wysokiej jakości serwisu i zgodności z przepisami prawa.
- Minimum roczne doświadczenie w spedycji międzynarodowej lub na podobnym stanowisku.
- Doświadczenie w transporcie morskim.
- Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
- Mile widziane doświadczenie w kontaktach z klientami i podwykonawcami.
- Umiejętność obsługi komputera: MS Office i MS Excel.
- Odporność na stres, gotowość do pracy w dynamicznym środowisku pełnym wyzwań.
- Umiejętności analityczne i organizacyjne, priorytezacja zadań
