Warsaw-based opportunity with a flexible part-time role as a Chief Operations Officer

Pareto Publishing, a leader in email marketing and financial advertising, is offering a unique opportunity to join our dynamic Warsaw-based team as a part-time Chief Operations Officer. 

As the Chief Operations Officer, you will be working in our office for approximately 4 hours daily, overseeing key operational aspects to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our marketing and project management efforts.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Marketing Operations Oversight: Manage the team in charge of day-to-day scheduling of our email newsletter campaigns.
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines for ad hoc projects, ensuring that deliverables are delivered and Quality Assured on time.
  • Team Leadership and Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring the team has the skills and motivation to achieve the goals.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide feedback to help employees grow and meet goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage and reduce costs where possible. Implement cost-saving measures.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
