The Global HR Projects Manager manages the delivery of key HR projects within our organization. This includes design, coordination, implementation and monitoring of various cross-organizational HR projects from A to Z, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and on budget. Provides guidance and coaching for Local HR’s and Managers and implement change management activities.

Scope of duties:

  • Manage and continuously improve HR processes across the whole of the employee lifecycle
  • Lead various initiatives to support the business transformation such as leadership development & change management
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices and next technologies in Human Resources, talent management, employment law and apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice and resources
  • Flint Group Company culture - ensure all departments & regions align with the organization's Purpose & Values
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and Senior Management
  • Work closely with all HR functions and leaders across Flint Group
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets and reports

  • Highly desirable Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR project management in an international environment
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution and monitoring
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to different audiences
  • Coaching Skills – HR Business Partnering
  • Ability to work and communicate with Senior level positions
  • Experience in change management and managing resistance to change is preferred
  • A proactive and independent working attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge of SAP Success Factor, Excel, Power Point
