As the Global HR Project Manager - Strategic Initiatives, you will oversee the delivery of key HR projects across our organization. Your responsibilities will include project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely and budget-friendly results. You will work closely with Local HR teams and Managers, providing guidance and coaching while implementing change management activities.

Key duties:

  • Manage and continuously improve HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Lead projects to support business transformation, including leadership development and change management
  • Stay updated on the latest HR trends, best practices, and technologies, applying this knowledge to inform policy and resource changes
  • Ensure alignment with company culture and values across all departments and regions
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and Senior Management
  • Collaborate with all HR functions and leaders across Flint Group Polska Sp. z o.o.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and reports
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR project management in an international setting
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Coaching skills and HR business partnering experience
  • Ability to work and communicate with Senior-level positions
  • Experience in change management and resistance to change is preferred
  • A proactive and independent working attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Good knowledge of SAP Success Factor, Excel, and PowerPoint
