Global HR Project Manager Job Description

The Global HR Projects Manager oversees the delivery of critical HR projects across our organization. This encompasses designing, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring various cross-functional HR projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, scope adherence, and budget optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Process Improvement: Manage and continuously enhance HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Business Transformation: Spearhead initiatives to support business transformation, including leadership development and change management.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain awareness of trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Human Resources, talent management, employment law, and apply this knowledge to communicate policy updates, practice enhancements, and resource allocation.
  • Culture Alignment: Ensure all departments and regions align with Flint Group Company culture, adhering to the organization's Purpose and Values.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and Senior Management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with all HR functions and leaders across Flint Group.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Highly desirable Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR project management in an international environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring; strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences; coaching skills – HR Business Partnering; ability to work and communicate with Senior-level positions; experience in change management and managing resistance to change is preferred; proactive and independent working attitude; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; fluency in English; good knowledge of SAP Success Factor, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €65,000 - €85,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
