Wymagania

1       Service & Client management

  •         setting up, management and maintenance of Service Level Agreements for Tax Department, including the split of responsibilities between clients and BSC TAX
  •         creating short and long time strategy for Tax & customs department, including TOM (target operating model), future migrations, growth opportunities etc.
  •         management and active involvement in process migrations of tax and customs documentation related duties from local entities to BSC
  •         overall process management including quality, efficiency and cost management (e.g. verification of billing)
  •         Acting as a person of contact with clients and group tax departments (during quarterly meetings as well as ad-hoc discussions and escalations in various topics)

 

1    Tax & customs documentation team management

 

  •         Providing substantive support for team members (5 tax analysts and 2 customs documentation specialists), including: supporting with more difficult questions and tasks, verification of more difficult declarations and calculations etc.
  •        ensuring and responsible for local tax compliance (CIT, VAT and other taxes) and correctness of tax settlements of the countries in scope (Austria, Scandinavia, Baltics, Benelux, Switzerland, Poland)
  •         coordinating of external tax advisory support for Company entities transitioned to shared service centre 
  •         participation and support in process migrations to BSC
  •         lead, manage and develop Employees of Tax & customs documentation department (operational tasks management, HR and target setting)
  •         Building and managing back up structure and administrating accesses to tax portals

Oczekujemy

MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  •         At least 5 year experience in accounting and / or taxes
  •         At leat 2 years experience in team management
  •         Practical knowledge and understanding of Polish tax and accounting rules
  •     Willingness to work not only with Polish but also with foreign regulations (with support of local accountingoffices), in an international environment
  •         Very good analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  •         Good knowledge of English (B2)

GOOD TO HAVE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL) SKILL

  • Basic familiarity with customs
  • Knowledge of SAP
  •           Knowledge of German
  •           Familiarity with SSC sector, experience in processes migrations
