As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless onboarding of our customers to our Virtual Power Plant. This involves coordinating with internal teams, customers, and grid operators to connect their technical units efficiently. Once onboarded, you'll provide ongoing support by addressing inquiries regarding energy sales, communication, and invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely assistance.

You'll also play a crucial role in resolving technical issues and handling customer complaints in adherence to company standards. Collaboration with various departments is key as you work to streamline processes and serve as the vital link between our customers and internal teams. Your role as a Customer Service Specialist is essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the business.

This is what you like
  • You provide high quality customer service to business customers by telephone and email.
  • You facilitate customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our services in accordance with the standards set by the company.
  • You take over the master data maintenance and manage the data in the CRM system.
  • You provide reliable information related to the data contained in the customer's invoices, the scope of data contained in the contract signed with the customer, and their progress based on system data.
  • You collaborate with our team to refine solutions to meet customer needs and to improve user experience.
These are your qualifications and skills
  • You have a university degree, preferred in the field of renewable energies - or have other knowledge that helps you work at the interface between technology and the energy industry.
  • You can listen actively and solve problems. 
  • You are committed to and responsible for the tasks entrusted to you.
  • You are excellent in verbal and written communication and enjoy dealing with customers.
  • You have experience in Customer Service, ideally in the energy sector, and you are familiar with databases, CRM systems, billing processes and similar. You are motivated to learn new skills quickly.
  • You are good with MS Office products.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken Polish and have knowledge of German at B1 level and English at B2 level.
