Twój zakres obowiązków:
- profesjonalna obsługa zgłoszeń reklamacyjnych zgodnie z obowiązującymi w firmie procedurami i standardami,
- przyjmowanie i rejestrowanie reklamacji Klientów za pośrednictwem telefonu, e-maila oraz formularza online,
- analiza zgłoszonych reklamacji w celu zrozumienia problemu oraz podejmowanie decyzji dotyczących ich zasadności,
- bieżące informowanie klientów przebiegu i statusie procesu reklamacyjnego,
- współpraca z innymi działami firmy zaangażowanymi w proces reklamacyjny,
- zarządzanie dokumentacją dotyczącą reklamacji oraz prowadzenie rejestru reklamacji jakościowych i ilościowych.
Nasze wymagania:
- minimum 2 lata doświadczenia pracy w obsłudze klienta,
- wyższe wykształcenie,
- bardzo dobra znajomość oprogramowania MS Office,
- dobra znajomość SAP,
- dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
- umiejętność nawiązywania kontaktów i budowania relacji,
- samodzielność, systematyczność i dokładność w działaniu,
- zorientowanie na rezultat,
- bardzo dobra organizacji pracy,
- umiejętność pracy w zespole,
- kreatywność,
- znajomość branży sanitarnej będzie dodatkowym atutem.
