Międzynarodowa firma w segmencie produktów non-food (unikalny koncept na rynku), obecny na 45 rynkach na całym świecie poszukuje ambitnej, pozytywnie nastawionej i otwartej na naukę osoby na stanowisko Customer Service Specialist. Biuro firmy znajduje się w Konstancinie-Jeziornej pod Warszawą.


Zakres odpowiedzialności:

  • Sprawdzanie poprawności, wprowadzanie do systemu, przygotowywanie dokumentów WZ i faktur zamówień od Klientów, bieżący kontakt z klientami w sprawie statusu zamówień
  • Awizacje: przekazywanie dyspozycji transportu operatorom logistycznym i przewoźnikom, aktualizowanie informacji o terminach dostaw i dostępności produktów,
  • Aktywne poszukiwanie rozwiązań potencjalnych problemów z dostawami,
  • Koordynacja kontaktu z zewnętrznym partnerem magazynowym oraz firmami transportowymi oraz EDI
  • Koordynacja procesu reklamacyjnego oraz pomoc przy rozwiązywaniu problemów logistycznych zgłaszanych przez przedstawicieli handlowych
  • Regularne monitorowanie wyników KPI i koordynacja poziomu realizacji dyspozycji sprzedażowych,
  • Współpraca z Działami Sprzedaży oraz działami wspierającymi w europejskiej centrali firmy
  • Wdrażanie i praca nad projektami mającymi na celu poprawę efektywności pracy i KPI
  • Koordynacja poprawności i aktualności bazy klientów oraz wsparcie operacyjne KAM (karty produktów, GLN, wprowadzanie rabatów promocyjnych do systemu)
  • Udział w prognozowaniu sprzedaży oraz koordynacja odpowiedzialność za poziom stock’u w Polsce z europejską centralą firmy
  • Przygotowywanie raportów na potrzeby firmy i Country Managera


Profil:

  • Ukończone studia wyższe
  • Min. 1 rok doświadczenia w dziale Customer Service lub w pracy związanej z analizą danych
  • Język angielski – poziom pozwalający na bieżącą współpracę z centralą firmy w NL – Warunek Konieczny
  • Zaawansowana obsługa MS Ofiice
  • Znajomość środowiska Microsoft Dynamics AX będzie dodatkowym atutem
  • Otwartość, chęć nauki i umiejętność pracy z wieloma zadaniami jednocześnie
