Membership Acquisition Manager

 

Opis stanowiska:

  • Aktywne pozyskiwanie klientów poprzez budowanie sieci kontaktów, spotkania bezpośrednie, prezentowanie dostępnych rozwiązań, edukowanie i rozmawianie o potrzebach rozwojowych potencjalnego klienta
  • Networking wysokiej jakości z wykorzystaniem LinkedIn, nawiązywanie kontaktów z kadrą kierowniczą najwyższego szczebla
  • Budowanie długotrwałych relacji z klientami poprzez zapewnianie spersonalizowanych interakcji
  • Tworzenie i wykorzystywanie wzajemnych rekomendacji, celem wzmacniania wizerunku firmy i rozwoju biznesu przy zapewnieniu wysokich standardów i ekskluzywności
  • Wykorzystanie obecnego w firmie know-how i zbudowanie całościowej koncepcji dotarcia i pozyskiwania nowych klientów z zachowaniem idei, wartości i podejścia akwizycyjnego firmy (nawiązywanie strategicznych partnerstw a także lokalnych oraz międzynarodowych inicjatyw)
  • Ścisła współpraca z zespołem marketingu celem koordynacji strategii i spójności z marką oraz usprawnianie procesu dołączania do grona klientów

Wymagania:

  • Kilkuletnie doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku w modelu sprzedaży relacyjnej, poparte sukcesami
  • Wysokie kompetencje sprzedażowe i swoboda w bezpośrednim kontakcie z kadrą kierowniczą najwyższego szczebla - liderami branży na poziomie C- level
  • Umiejętność budowania i rozwijania profesjonalnych relacji biznesowych (networking wysokiej jakości z wykorzystaniem LinkedIn oraz własnej sieci kontaktów i poleceń)
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu sprzedażą o wysokiej wartości finansowej
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację biznesową
  • Atencja i otwartość na innych ludzi, dojrzałość emocjonalna i empatia
  • Odpowiedzialność na wysokim poziomie
  • Samodzielność i konsekwencja w działaniu
  • Chęć do nauki i zaangażowanie we własny rozwój osobisty i zawodowy, z głęboką pasją do przywództwa i potencjału ludzkiego
