Stanowisko: International Land Acquisition Manager 

Lokalizacja: Warszawa lub Gdynia (ze względu na międzynarodowy charakter pracy, możliwe podróże zagraniczne)

Opis Stanowiska:

Jako International Land Acquisition Manager w Green Capital SA będziesz liderem zespołu, który będzie realizował nasze cele strategiczne, dbając jednocześnie o zachowanie naszych wartości zrównoważonego rozwoju Obowiązki:

  • Efektywne zarządzanie zagranicznym zespołem Land Acquisition Agentów - , motywowanie pracowników do osiągania celów oraz rozwijanie ich potencjału.
  • Planowanie i koordynacja działań zespołu, w tym przydzielanie zadań, monitorowanie postępów oraz zapewnienie wysokiej jakości pracy, także w kontekście różnorodności kulturowej.
  • Monitorowanie trendów rynkowych i innowacji w dziedzinie zrównoważonego rozwoju.
  • Wsparcie przy identyfikacji potencjalnych działek pod projekty zielonego rozwoju na rynkach zagranicznych.
  • Wsparcie przy analizie gruntów pod kątem ich przydatności i zgodności z naszymi standardami ekologicznymi.
  • Udział w negocjacje warunków oraz uzyskiwanie niezbędnych pozwoleń i zezwoleń.

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem handlowców, dużym plusem będzie doświadczenie we współpracy z rozproszonymi zespołami. 
  • Doświadczenie sprzedażowo-handlowe
  • Znajomości języka angielskiego (C1)
  • Doskonałe umiejętności negocjacyjne, analityczne, komunikacyjne oraz planowania pracy swojej oraz współpracowników.
  • Pasja do zrównoważonego rozwoju i gotowość do angażowania się w projekty, które mają pozytywny wpływ na środowisko.
  • Gotowość do podróży służbowych - ok 1-2 razy na kwartał.
