Forte Renewables is a global renewable energy consulting firm specializing in wind and solar power generation. Our mission is to be an industry leader by providing best-in-class technical services tailored to the complex and diverse needs of our clients to ensure they achieve their project goals. Since its founding in 2012, Forte has completed projects in over 20 countries on 3 continents, and we have offices in Amsterdam and Warsaw, among others.We are currently looking for a candidate to join our team for the position of Sales Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as lead salesperson within the company with full responsibility for sales, marketing and bids
  • Develop partnership and communicate with high-level decision makers to assess needs
  • Identification of new sales opportunities in other technologies, markets etc.
  • manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning sales and marketing processes
  • Ensuring CRM is used as main tool for sales tracking.

 

Our requirements:

  • Experience: prospecting, developing accounts, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Excellent network in the renewables industry
  • Good understanding of engineering consultancy services in the renewable sector
  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Polish and English
  • 7+ years demonstrated sales experience with proven track-record
  • A solution-oriented mindset and comfortable working to resolve issues before escalating to the next level
  • Reside in or able to work Warsaw, Poland and other international markets as agreed with management
  • Creative, outgoing person with target oriented mindset.
